Instructional Staff: Benmore has three permanent members of staff who are qualified teachers in addition to holding coaching qualifications in the various activities. A further six instructors who hold appropriate coaching qualifications are also employed at the Centre. For those courses with large numbers of students or for activities like rock climbing and sailing that require extra staff, we will bring in highly qualified freelance staff. The Centre also has a training programme for aspirant instructors and these trainees will usually assist alongside qualified staff.

Administrative staff: Looking after you from first contact until after you leave are Jayne Haddon and Isabel Villiers. As the Bursar, Jayne is responsible for all support functions - taking your booking, back-office support, and the standard and quality of the domestic and catering arrangements. She is ably assisted in this by Isabel the Administrative Officer.
